shootings and four people dead. two of those shootings happened in one area, and the other was in monongalia county. they believe it involves an f-150 extended cab truck, and the suspect is considered armed and dangerous. >> new developments to report tonight in the case against a local rabbi who was accused of spying on women at his down tom -- downtown synagogue. >> about six weeks after the charges were placed, these charges against the rabbi, and he is out. he has been let go as the religious leader here in georgetown, according to the congregation's board of directors. so one of the most renowned rabbis of all of modern orthodoxy has been fired, ordered to leave his nearby

alexandria, and there is some precipitation. is more coming tonight, and maybe some snow mixed in. freezinge sleet and rain, so a lot of ground to cover. a batch of rain developing ahead of the cold front that is moving through, and temperatures are dropping. the steadiest and heaviest showers pushing east of the city towards the bay, and this continues on the south and southeast side, from alexandria across the river. movers, and in parts of maryland, they have already dropped to 50 four degrees after being in the 50's with some rain, 1/10 of an inch of rain in alexandria, and temperatures starting to drop across the area. it may be hard to believe that we had temperatures in the 70's, and this is starting at 1:00 with a winter weather advisory. all of theffect jurisdictions along the

interstate 81 corridor to the west, and it will be far enough west, over the mountains, and then we are talking eezing rain. something going to be tough in those areas, but i think most of the metro area extended through baltimore is going to be rain. , temperatures,ea dramatic images now. 70's, widespread all of the way through virginia, extending up into our area, and then a cold front moving in, and then we start to see a drop-off. there is plenty of wind out 22 at the airport in manassas, and that wind will bring in rain and cold temperatures. now, tonight, if you were thinking about the holiday mood, a lot of people going to church street in vienna for the holiday stroll. 69 tonight. santa arrives at 6:15. scattered showers. with for that, but even

the showers, it will be a fine time out there, so drive carefully. what is next? we will see the temperatures drop and steady rain. this is going to be an issue in the interstate 81 corridor. morning, about 30 degrees and the metro area, rain for the morning rush and lunchtime, and there could be some sleet by lunchtime, but then temperatures should warm just enough that it will be rain to deal with, and then we will start to clear out as we go through the day on wednesday, and another friend on wednesday and thursday will drop temperatures again. for the next seven days, this is what we will see. it will be short-lived. comes north. the temperatures in the teens and 20's right now across the mountains. we are not going to get quite that cold. shows the storm moving in and then this moving out, and skies clear. here is our seven day outlook.

reaching into their coats, and the victims were interns, only in town for a semester. >> a group of mexican students. the three victims with the early-morning attack are visiting d.c. from mexico, and doing an internship program with the washington center, where their fellow interns were left shaken by the video. >> you have to take these precautions to be careful, but it just seems like no matter what you do, you cannot prevent these things from happening. >> it all happened in front of a atkdoor in a neighborhood 2:45 in the morning on a saturday, just three weeks ago, with police releasing the video today in an effort to get the violent man off of the street. friends say the young victims are ok, but their case serves as a warning. >> not to be walking around late at night. >> i would have been terrified.
